Licence
Where the licence sits
Bilderlings Pay Limited is a UK e-money institution. It has served EU clients under its UK licence since its Latvian registration was withdrawn in 2018 [1][6]. As of 3 November 2026 its terms name the UK company as your contracting party [1].Narvi is authorised in Finland and passported across the EEA [12]. If your auditors, payment partners or regulator ask where your provider is supervised, that's the difference you'll be explaining.
Pricing
Similar industries, different pricing models
Bilder publishes its plans: a gaming plan at €350 a month plus a 0.50% fee on incoming payments, and a plan for licensed crypto-asset service providers at €350 a month plus 0.15% on incoming payments [3]. That makes it easy to estimate costs before you apply.Narvi prices high-risk industries on a custom enterprise plan after compliance review, so the number depends on your volumes and flows [13]. Ask for both quotes on the same payment profile before you decide.
When to stay
When Bilder is the better choice
If you're UK-focused and need GBP over Faster Payments and CHAPS, Bilder has it in the account [3]. Its outgoing currency list is long, including CAD, AED, TRY, ZAR and MXN [9]. If you need stablecoin rails through a US entity, Bilder's group offers that [10]. And if a published price list matters more than a custom quote, Bilder gives you one [3].
How to switch
Switching from Bilderlings to Narvi
What to prepare. You'll need your company documents, details of your directors and owners, and a short description of where your money comes from and goes. The full document list is in our help centre.- Book a short call with the onboarding team for a pricing estimate based on your business profile.
- Complete the online application, which takes about 10 minutes (step-by-step guide).
- Our compliance team reviews your documents and sends a priced offer.
- Fund the account: the onboarding fee, three months of monthly fees and a minimum balance of three monthly fees [13].
- Run both accounts in parallel. Move one payment flow at a time (customers, PSPs, payroll, suppliers) and send each counterparty your new IBAN and the BIC NARYFIH2.
- Close the old account only after the last inbound payment has landed, and check your Bilder agreement for notice periods and closing fees first.
